JIUJUN Vacuum Truck Maintenance Guide
A new fleet of JIUJUN vacuum trucks has just shipped and is ready for service. Follow this guide to keep them running strong for years.

Daily Checks
•Body & tank: look for cracks, dents, or weld failure; stop work if any damage is found.
•Vacuum pump: oil must sit between the MIN and MAX marks; top up with the specified grade and tighten any loose hoses to prevent air leaks.
•Hydraulics: oil level should be within sight glass limits and clear; add the same grade if low, and replace if discolored or milky.
During Operation
•Never exceed the rated tank volume; watch the level gauge and stop when 75 % full.
•Operate on flat, stable ground; avoid slopes and soft soil to prevent tip-overs.
•Work at moderate speed: open valves gradually to avoid pipe blockages or water-hammer.
After Each Shift
•Flush the tank and pipes with clean water; open the drain valve to remove all residue.
•Inspect suction and discharge hoses for wear; replace damaged couplings and seals.
•Wash the exterior with mild detergent and dry it to prevent corrosion.
Scheduled Service
•Every 500 hours: change vacuum-pump oil and filter; inspect impeller and bearings—replace if worn.
•Every 1,000 hours: replace hydraulic oil, filter, and clean tank magnets; check pump and motor for leaks or noise.
•Electrical: tighten loose terminals, replace cracked wiring, and verify all gauges and lights.
Long-Term Storage
•Empty and rinse the tank; place desiccant inside to keep it dry.
•Park indoors on level ground; lift the axles to relieve tire pressure.
•Start the engine every two weeks and cycle all hydraulic functions to prevent seizure.
Systematic, preventive care is the simplest way to extend uptime and cut repair costs. Follow this schedule and every JIUJUN vacuum truck will arrive at each job site ready to work.
